Find out exactly what it means to rent a car from Alpine Car Rental.

1. The Driver

The hirer/driver must be between 21 and 59 years of age, must produce a qualified valid driving license of his/her own country or an international driving license, held for at least two years.

2. Additional Drivers
You may name additional driver(s) who must also meet the above criteria.

3. Rates

Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars (GST) included, covering a full 24 hours unlimited mileage rental, maintenance, comprehensive insurance and a 24 hours breakdown service (punctured tyres do not constitute a breakdown). Minimum charge is one day’s rental except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Excess hours are calculated at one-fifth of the daily rate.

4. Terms of Payment

The estimated rental charge for the period of use plus a refundable deposit of S$300.00 to $600.00 is payable on taking delivery of the car.

Easy payment can be made through Visa/Amex/MasterCard or Nets. Monthly rental payment is payable on the first day of each month for the duration of the rental period.

5. Extension of Rental

Extension of hire must be arranged in advance and the required additional rental paid so that insurance cover will be extended. Failure to do so will mean that the vehicle is being driven without insurance coverage.

6. Insurance

Cover is provided against liability for the death or bodily injuries to third party or damage to the third party property.

7. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

The hirer of the vehicle is responsible for the full damages to our vehicles during the rental period. However, the hirer’s liability MAY be waived by the payment of the Collision Damage Waiver as follows:

8. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Upon request, PAI is availiable at S$5.15 per day for coverage of up to S$30,000 for the driver.

9. Delivery & Collection Service (Office Hours only)

A fee of between S$15.45 and S$30.90 will be charged depending on the area.

10. Petrol

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of petrol and should be refilled by the hirer/driver upon returning, at the hirer/driver’s expense. Otherwise it is chargeable, based on our estimated cost of petrol plus a service charge of S$5.00.

11. ERP / CBD Area, Parking / Traffic Fees and Fines

The hirer/driver will be responsible for ERP charges, all parking, traffic fees and fines incurred.

12. Vehicle Child Seats

Upon request, vehicle child seats are available at S$5.15 per day.

13. 24-Hours Breakdown

Services are provided round the clock for 24 hours should you require roadside assistance.
