Can my friends/family drive the rental vehicle?

Only the Hirer and one additional driver is allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Additional driver is subjected to owner's approval and at no additional surcharge. The hirer is expected to furnish the additional driver’s information on the day of signing the hirer’s agreement.

Both the hirer and additional driver must fulfil the criteria of 23-67 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience before they are eligible to drive the rental vehicle.

What are the insurance that is being covered on the rental vehicle ?

All rental vehicles comes with comprehensive/3rd party insurance coverage excess at $2,000. CDW is applicable for Singapore use only. Purchase of CDW is at S$20 per day subject to prevailing GST. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is optional.

Do I need to pay deposit for the rental car?

Hirer will be required to bring along their credit card for purpose of credit card guarantee.

Vehicle must be return in same condition as given. Cleaning fee/repair charges applies:

·Cigarette smell or pet hair is found in the cabin.
·Vomit or stain in the vehicle.
·Burnt/damage to the upholstery, dashboard or interior of the Vehicle.
·Scrap/dent/damage to exterior of the Vehicle.
·Excessive dirt found in/on the Vehicle.
·Loss of key, damages to windscreen or window panels and tyre.

Do I need to pump back to the same fuel level when I return the car ?

Yes. If rental vehicle is not returned at same level, we will charge accordingly based on car petrol prices.
 

What happens if the car breaks down during the rental period ?

Break down due to empty tank, punctured tyre, key lock inside the Vehicle or any other event resulting in the breakdown of the Vehicle due to the Hirer's negligence or wilful act or omission will be chargeable. Other than above stated reasons, we will send our operations team to attend to the matter within 2 hours. There are no additional surcharges.

What happens if I forgot to pay my rental fee on time ?

We will charge to the same credit card that was used to pay the initial rental. Failure to pay rental fee on time will result in the termination of the Agreement. Hirer shall return the Vehicle in good working condition. Failing which, the Owner shall regain physical possession of the Vehicle as the Owner deems fit and the Hirer shall be liable for the cost incurred to find and repossessed the Vehicle. The Hirer irrevocably authorizes the Owner or its agent without notice to enter upon premises where the Vehicle maybe found and regain physical possession of the Vehicle without being liable for any action or proceeding at the suit of the Hirer or any person claiming through him.

If I wish to extend my rental period, what should I do ?

Extension of hire must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance with your respective salesperson / the company. An advance payment is required to extend the rental period, failing which the hirer is driving without insurance. Please note that extension are subjected to availability.

Can I drive to Malaysia ?

Vehicle is allowed to be driven into Malaysia, chargeable at $40/day subject to prevaiing GST. Subject to approval from management.

Late return of Vehicle will be chargeable as follow:

20% of the daily car rental charges per hour.
