Permanent Residents and Expats will require either a Singapore or an International Driving Licence. New car drivers (with less than 2 years of driving experience) are also eligible to enroll at an additional insurance charge.
No, all cars under the car subscription model are strictly for personal use and are not authorized for any private hire services.
Yes, the vehicle can be driven to west Malaysia at no additional fees. For trips which are required to be driven further than Penang, you will need to purchase additional insurance at your own costs. In the event of any unexpected situation, breakdown, insurance claims or any other forms of assistance, kindly contact our 24/7 roadside assistance at +65 9694 9423.
There are no additional fees involved. Please provide a credit card in the hire's name as a form of guarantee. Running costs such as petrol, ERP charges, parking fees and fines will be borne by the hirer.
Yes. You are free to change the car at any time during your subscription period provided we have available vehicles for you to choose from. If not, you are free to commence a new booking subscription with a new vehicle the following month (ie. At the start of the new subscription month).
The minimum subscription period is 1 month, there will be no returns/refunds if the car is returned earlier than the 1 month period. There is no maximum subscription period, we encourage users to book for the next month in advance in order to secure the car of their liking.
